  1. Maputo: Maputo is the capital and largest city of Mozambique, a country located in southeastern Africa.   2. Mjejane Private Game Reserve: Mjejane Private Game Reserve is a wildlife conservation area located in South Africa, situated on the southern border of the famous Kruger National Park. Tour Plan

DAY 1 MAPUTO – MJEJANE PRIVATE RESERVE KRUGER

You will be welcomed at Maputo international airport (KMIA is also an option) and transferred to your luxury lodge located on a private reserve bordering Kruger National Park (in between 3 and 4h depending borders crossing). The luxury safari lodge is located on the banks of Crocodile river. Animals roam freely between Mjejane private concession and Kruger National Park.

Greetings and check in your lovely bedroom with a private patio for 4 nights at Mjejane safari Lodge****. 

Depending on your arrival time, you shall board the 4×4 vehicle for your 1st game drive. Diner at the lodge. 

DAYS 2 & 3 MJEJANE PRIVATE RESERVE KRUGER

Three full fascinating days dedicated to the impressive fauna of the park in search for the big 5. 

The first guided safari will leave early around 5.30 am after a warming cup of tea or coffee and a snack. A coffee break will be made in the bush. Breakfast will be served upon your return. 

Lunch will be ready early afternoon and the second game drive will leave around 4 pm. 

In the meantime you can indulge in the comfort of your room, by the pool or in the lounge. 

DAY 4 MJEJANE - KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – MJEJANE

Early morning and around 5.30 am, after a warming cup of tea or coffee and a snack, jump in the vehicle for a full fascinating day dedicated to the enjoyment of the impressive fauna of the park in search for the big 5. (Open vehicle 11 seaters. Activities can be privatized.) 

Return to the lodge in time for the brunch. Enjoy a sunset safari in Mjejane. 

Diner at the lodge. 

DAY 5 MJEJANE – MACHANGULO

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Maputo’s Marina where you will board the boat to Machangulo Beach Lodge ****. Enjoy the most pleasant 75 minutes boat ride from Maputo Bay to the lodge’s secluded and wild beaches facing Inhaca Island. 

Check in for 6 nights in your ocean villa.  

Machangulo Beach Lodge is located between Inhaca Island and the dunes of the Santa Maria Peninsula. It overlooks endless white beaches, pristine and untouched dune forests, estuaries bursting with life and eternally wide Open Ocean. 

DAYS 6 TO 10 MACHANGULO

Enjoy a world of leisure and relaxation. On offer: a world of fun and exciting activities for everyone! Whether you need to relax and soak up the sun or experience the thrill of having a great big game fish at the end of your fishing line, the friendly activities staff will ensure that you are well taken care of.
