Route: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Halong – Sapa – Hanoi
Vietnam and Cambodia, neighboring countries in Southeast Asia, boast rich histories and distinct cultural identities. Vietnam, marked by millennia of history, witnessed Chinese rule, French colonization, and the Vietnam War, ultimately reunifying in 1975. Its cultural fabric reflects the influences of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, evident in traditions, family values, and its globally renowned cuisine. Diverse landscapes, from Ha Long Bay to the Mekong Delta, contribute to Vietnam’s allure. In contrast, Cambodia’s ancient Khmer Empire, epitomized by the iconic Angkor Wat, showcases a fascinating history. Despite the tragic Khmer Rouge era in the 1970s, Cambodia has been on a trajectory of recovery, embracing its cultural heritage through traditional arts and warm hospitality. Together, these nations offer a captivating tapestry of history, culture, and natural beauty.
